This policy describes the data processed by develops, in line with Quebec's Law 25 and the EU GDPR.
Data collected
Account (email), organizations and projects, tickets, and — temporarily — the code of connected repositories to run the pipeline.
Purpose
Process tickets, generate Pull Requests, measure cost and usage. No data resale.
Retention
Repo tokens are encrypted at rest. Code clones are temporary and deleted after each ticket is processed.
Client code
Your code is never reused for other clients nor to train models. It is deleted after processing.
Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data. Write to privacy@develops-ia.com.
Law 25 (Quebec)
A privacy officer is designated; consent, minimization and the right to de-indexing are respected.
GDPR (EU)
Legal bases: contract performance and legitimate interest. Access, erasure and objection rights guaranteed.
